Saputo is hiring a Cheesemaking Production Supervisor to lead production employees and oversee daily cheesemaking operations. The role reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for workforce scheduling, equipment and material allocation, production targets, quality, sanitation, food safety, health and safety, maintenance coordination, and personnel management. Candidates should have post-secondary education in a relevant food or dairy field, at least three years of progressive experience, dairy processing and sanitation knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong supervisory and communication skills. The position offers a salary of $80,130 to $105,170 and includes group insurance, retirement contributions, paid leave, training, and other employee benefits.
