Vale Base Metals is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its Creighton mine in Sudbury, Ontario. This permanent onsite role works five days and four afternoons in a rotating schedule and is responsible for leading safe, efficient, cost-effective production and maintenance operations; monitoring performance; managing crews, resources, schedules, incidents, and employee return-to-work programs; and improving work execution. The position requires Grade 12 or GED equivalency, at least three years of industrial leadership experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and safety skills; underground experience is preferred. The minimum starting salary is CAD 108,000, with benefits including health and dental coverage, a variable annual incentive plan, and a defined contribution pension.
