Description
The Production Supervisor will manage 60+ personnel and multiple teams in a manufacturing facility in Williamston, South Carolina, reporting to the Production Manager. The role oversees production performance, quality, employee relations, recruitment and selection, health and safety, training, disciplinary matters, and coordination with scheduling, engineering, logistics, and stores teams. Candidates need at least four years of supervisory experience, a recognized mechanical or electrical qualification, and experience with ERP/MRP production control systems, KPIs, and high-volume production lines.
