Description
Vertiv is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, cost, productivity, employee morale, and manufacturing operations for an assigned department. The role supervises production and operating workers, coordinates schedules and resources, monitors KPIs, inspects materials and products, trains employees, and ensures compliance with safety and company policies. The position requires 4–8 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, and is primarily based in a manufacturing facility with regular site visits and PPE requirements.
