Description
The Production Supervisor will report to the Production Manager and manage 60+ personnel across CNC machining, feeder processes, machine shop production, and powder-line operations. The role oversees planning, execution, monitoring, improvement, performance management, quality, employee relations, recruitment and selection, health and safety, and coordination with production, scheduling, engineering, logistics, and stores teams across three rotating shifts. Candidates need at least four years of supervisory experience, a recognized mechanical or electrical qualification, and experience with ERP/MRP systems, production KPIs, people management, and factory health and safety.
