Description
Lucid is hiring a Production Supervisor, Drive Unit to lead front-line electric drive-unit assembly operations at AMP-2 during facility startup and ramp-up. The role owns shift-level production execution, safety, quality, delivery, people, equipment reliability, traceability, and operational readiness, while developing Saudi national assemblers and team leaders. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or a related field, 3–5 years of EV or automotive manufacturing experience, 2+ years of front-line supervision, EV drive-unit process knowledge, HV safety competency, and fluency in English and Arabic.
