AZEK is hiring a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants during overnight manufacturing operations. The role oversees production goals, safety, quality, equipment setup and operation, troubleshooting, scheduling, documentation, training, and team engagement. Candidates should have an associate’s degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of manufacturing experience, including required supervisory experience. The position is scheduled 4X4 from 5:30 PM to 6:15 AM and pays $90,000–$95,000 plus bonus, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
