Description
Seaspan is hiring a full-time, permanent Supervisor, Production Support to lead a team of production planners and schedulers for designated stages of construction. The role oversees operational schedules, production plans, resource profiles, build strategies, performance, employee onboarding, process improvement, cross-trade issue resolution, and production data implementation. It requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant trades experience, at least five years of shipbuilding or manufacturing experience, three to five years of supervisory experience, and expertise in shipbuilding operations, MRP/ERP systems, EVMS, CAD/CAM, and production planning. The position is fully on-site in North Vancouver and offers a base salary of $106,886 to $153,649 plus a shift premium.
