Newmont is hiring an onsite Supervisor Engineering Mining to support Cadia Block Caves projects by coordinating engineering handovers, planning interfaces, scheduling, forecasting, mine designs, and operational implementation across Studies, Projects, Technical Services, and Operations teams. The role requires a Mining Engineering bachelor's degree, a current C-Class Driver's Licence, considerable underground metalliferous mining experience, Deswik experience, and strong stakeholder, project, risk, and communication skills. It is based at Cadia Operations near Orange, New South Wales, with a 5/2 roster or 9-day fortnight schedule and relocation assistance.
