Description
MP Materials is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a team of technicians developing advanced manufacturing technologies for high-performance rare earth permanent magnets at a pilot-scale operation. The role manages technician schedules and labor efficiency, monitors manufacturing processes and product quality, trains and evaluates employees, maintains production procedures, operates and maintains pilot plant equipment, and collaborates with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing operation experience and experience managing technicians and operators.
