Description
The Production Support Quality Team Supervisor leads and supervises a quality team supporting manufacturing operations at BD’s Fukushima plant. Responsibilities include reviewing and releasing production documentation, managing nonconformances and complaints, overseeing change control, conducting incoming and finished-product inspection and laboratory testing, and supporting stable production and reliable product supply. The role also manages team members, departmental resources, costs, and cross-functional initiatives, while supporting the Plant Quality Manager in Greater Asia and Worldwide Business Unit activities. A bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering, or a related field plus at least three years of relevant technical experience is required; ISO 13485, 9001, 14001, PMD Act, QMS, problem-solving, and Six Sigma or Lean knowledge are listed.
