Description
Fisica Inc. is hiring a full-time, 100% onsite Supervisor, Quality Control in San Leandro, California, for a 5 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. shift on a 9/80 schedule. The role leads receiving, in-process, and final inspection teams; supports AS9100/QMS compliance, MRB activities, corrective and preventive actions, audits, and continuous improvement; and provides leadership, training, and performance management for quality personnel. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5–8 years of quality inspection or manufacturing quality experience, prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, and the ability to obtain and maintain a future security clearance with U.S. citizenship. The salary range is $72,000–$133,500.
