Description
The Quality Director at AAR Component Services – Hot Springs oversees the company’s quality organization, including FAA and customer quality interfaces, quality control and assurance systems, technical publications, metrology and NDT laboratories, calibration, repair station certifications, defect reporting, budgets, and employee supervision. The role requires 5–7 years of progressive supervisory experience in a quality environment, aerospace technical knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP, and a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
