Element Biosciences is hiring a full-time, on-site Reagent Manufacturing Supervisor in San Diego to lead full-time and contractor technicians across the reagent manufacturing value stream. The role manages production schedules, shift performance, staffing, training, safety, quality compliance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and manufacturing documentation. It is a second-shift position from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, with a base salary of $102,000 to $125,000 plus stock options, a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.
