SVA is hiring a Supervisor for its Real Estate Accounting team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The role leads complex assurance and tax engagements for affordable housing and real estate clients, including LIHTC entities; directs and develops junior staff; reviews work papers and financial statements; coordinates engagement phases; prepares and reviews tax returns and management letters; and leads client meetings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, at least three years of public accounting experience, and offers CPA and specialized affordable-housing and real estate knowledge as preferred qualifications.
