SVA is hiring a Supervisor for its Real Estate Accounting team in Madison, Wisconsin. The role leads complex assurance and tax engagements for affordable housing and real estate clients, including LIHTC entities; directs and develops junior staff; reviews work papers and financial statements; coordinates engagement phases; prepares and leads client meetings; and handles billing and confidentiality. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, at least three years of public accounting experience, and offers CPA and specialized affordable-housing, partnership-taxation, and real-estate reporting knowledge as preferred qualifications.
