Description
The Supervisor, Rental and Tech (Seasonal) leads the day-to-day operation of the Rental and Tech department in a snow school setting. The role supervises and mentors seasonal staff, manages schedules and performance, supports recruitment and training, and acts as the Manager’s substitute during shifts. The supervisor also performs hands-on ski and snowboard equipment fitting and adjustments, supports equipment check-in and check-out through Northsoft, maintains guest data in Northsoft and Dayforce, and upholds safety, cleanliness, and guest-service standards. The position requires strong leadership, communication, organization, physical ability to lift up to 20.4 kg, and familiarity with or willingness to learn Northsoft and Dayforce; seasonal availability and required safety and workplace certifications are also required.
