TTEC is hiring a remote Supervisor, Reporting & Analytics based in the Philippines to lead and oversee daily reporting and analytics operations, supervise and coach a team of reporting analysts, manage administrative team tasks, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. The role requires at least 3+ years in reporting and analytics with BPO experience, team management experience preferred, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Looker, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL, and data visualization/storytelling.
