Description
The Respiratory Care Manager supervises and coaches respiratory-care staff, serves as a subject matter expert for respiratory equipment, and directs daily respiratory-care operations. The role leads clinical assessments, care planning, medication and infection-control safety, regulatory compliance, staffing and budget discussions, inventory and supply management, and quality-improvement initiatives. It also develops and implements respiratory-care goals, standards, and evidence-based practices while supporting patient outcomes and discharge processes.
