Description
The Crew Supervisor will direct, supervise, and manage maintenance work crews assigned to California State Highways and rights-of-way in partnership with Caltrans. The role includes training and mentoring employees, overseeing safety and quality inspections, handling customer requests and complaints, maintaining vehicles and equipment, monitoring supplies, and reporting incidents. Candidates must hold a valid Class C driver’s license, pass written and field driver screening, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on their feet throughout a shift.
