Description
The Supervisor, RxCompass Operations - REMOTE oversees frontline Care Coordinators and Care Navigators supporting RxCompass program workflows. The role manages operational queues, service levels, KPIs, workload distribution, case resolution, performance coaching, escalations, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration. It is a full-time, salaried, exempt position with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST schedule, remote work options, and no travel. The posting prefers 3–5+ years of healthcare operations, pharmacy benefits, specialty pharmacy, or related experience, 1–3+ years of frontline leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and relevant healthcare or pharmacy benefit management experience.
