AbbVie is hiring a Lead, Customer Master Data & Analytics to lead customer master data governance, quality, standards, and analytics across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems within Finance Shared Services. The role partners with Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Pricing, Commercial, and IT; manages MDM and DSP workflows; supports SAP enhancements and data remediation; delivers analytics and AI-enabled automation; ensures regulatory and SOX compliance; and leads a team of 3–5 analysts. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with SQL Server, Power BI, Oracle, data modeling, Excel, and project management tools.
