VERSANT Media is hiring a Supervisor, Scheduling to oversee crewing and scheduling for remote productions across the USA Sports portfolio, including Golf, NASCAR, and WNBA. The role manages freelance technical personnel, crew sheets, logistics, last-minute changes, payroll support, onboarding workflows, and operational risks while guiding junior staff. It requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of technical crew and union rules, and willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays in Englewood Cliff, New Jersey. The position is hybrid, with at least three days per week contributed from the office.
