Description
The PT Supervisor, Service Center oversees and participates in dock, P&D, and road dispatch operations, including customer service, productivity, freight-handling quality, claims prevention, load averages, and safety. The role manages employees, implements security and safety procedures, develops line-haul plans with Central Dispatch, and schedules staff according to service requirements. It requires U.S. work authorization, flexible shift availability, a high school diploma or equivalent, and age 18 or older; prior dock operations or transportation-supervision experience is preferred.
