Lumos is hiring a full-time Supervisor – Service Operations to lead telecom service operations teams responsible for onsite installation and troubleshooting support, customer experience, quality, safety, productivity, training, and budget/SLA adherence. The role is remote with required on-site responsibilities in the Brownsburg, Indiana market as needed, and candidates must live within one hour of Brownsburg and have a valid driver’s license. The position requires 6+ years of telecommunications service operations experience and at least a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
