The role is responsible for creating and monitoring duty rosters, scheduling staff, leading and motivating employees, supporting personnel selection, preparing customer proposals, supporting customer care and acquisition, and assisting department management. Candidates must hold a Certified Security Guard qualification, have service and security industry experience, organizational and leadership experience, MS Office proficiency, excellent German and B2 English skills, and a class B driver’s license.
