Description
The client is hiring a Supervisor – Steam for a 12–18 month contract at the Kapuskasing papermill. The on-site role reports to the Superintendent – Utilities and leads steam-plant operations, including process optimization, safe and efficient steam and air production, workforce coaching and training, CAPEX and preventive maintenance, equipment selection, budgeting, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must hold a 2nd Class Power Engineering TSSA ticket and have at least five years of steam operations and boiler-systems experience; supervisory experience is preferred. The role pays $57–$65 per hour.
