Description
The Banquet and Buffet Manager directs and assists stewards, monitors water temperature and chemical levels, supports banquet plate-ups and buffet operations, maintains cleaning equipment, and helps with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, and motivation. The role also requires following safety and security policies, maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality, welcoming guests, and performing physically demanding work. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least two years of related work experience are preferred, along with at least one year of supervisory experience.
