CPB Contractors is hiring a permanent full-time Structures Supervisor in Melbourne to support the delivery of a major data centre project through construction, commissioning, and handover. The role coordinates structural work fronts, leads trades and subcontractors, monitors progress, manages safety, quality, environmental standards, logistics, plant, materials and deliveries, reviews drawings and specifications, and assists with short-term planning and resource coordination. Applicants need a trade qualification or AQF Certificate II in Construction, prior site leadership experience, structural construction knowledge, and strong coordination, planning, communication and leadership skills.
