Downer is hiring a Substations Supervisor for its Taupō-based Transmission team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role leads field operations for transmission substation construction, plans and schedules labour, plant, and equipment, manages work programmes and budgets, supervises subcontractors, develops field employees, and maintains stakeholder relationships. The position requires hands-on transmission construction experience, team leadership, electrical industry knowledge, strong organisational and communication skills, a New Zealand driver's licence, and the ability to work in demanding operational environments.
