Description
The company is recruiting a full-time Supervisor (SV) to join the launch team of a new Data Collection Center for training humanoid robots. The role oversees the operator organization, including recruiting and managing operators, shifts, training, work manuals, KPIs, operational improvements, escalations, and team operations. The position is based in Heiwajima, Ota City, Tokyo, with rotating shifts from 9:00 to 22:00, two days off per week, and no prior robot-operation experience required because training is provided.
