Eversource is hiring one Electrical Dispatch Supervisor to supervise control-center staff and coordinate utility transmission and distribution operations, including system integrity, network repairs, electrical clearances, load control, switching, scheduling, outage restoration, customer communication, and emergency response. The role requires shift work, including weekends and nights, travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and availability for emergency restoration assignments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline or equivalent experience, a high school diploma, and five to ten years of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred. The annual salary range is $130,990 to $145,540, with a potential incentive and benefits available.
