Description
Relativity Space is hiring a Tank Fabrication Supervisor to lead technicians building barrel and tank assemblies from raw sheet metal through final structural assembly. The role oversees machining, roll forming, and friction stir welding processes; maintains quality and production schedules; mentors technicians; communicates progress to management; leads hiring; and fosters an inclusive team culture. It is a second-shift position Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. PT, with a 50-hour workweek including 10 guaranteed overtime hours and a 10% shift differential. The hiring range is $118,000 to $178,000 USD, with base pay, equity, PTO, sick leave, parental leave, and a learning and development stipend.
