Description
The Catering Supervisor coordinates daily schedules and staff coverage, confirms catering orders, communicates food predictions, ensures materials are available for the Tea Bus operation, provides relief and covers call-outs, facilitates ticket scanning and customer boarding, coaches and trains staff, reports inventory and bus needs, and maintains high operational standards. The role requires at least one year of restaurant leadership experience, availability for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during a 9-hour shift from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., strong time management and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
