The role supervises schedules and resources, handles escalations, coaches technicians, ensures compliance with industry and safety standards, maintains equipment and documentation, and performs technical field work as needed. It requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, at least three years supervising technical operations, strong technical and communication skills, and rotating weekend coverage.
