Description
NBCUniversal is hiring a Supervisor, Technical Operations Center to oversee scheduled and live broadcast operations, transmission systems, equipment, workflows, staffing, and technical support across studio, field, and remote environments. The role leads Video Control Operations, Media Management Operations, and Technical Operations teams; manages operational capacity and resource planning; improves processes and technologies; supports technicians and engineers; and maintains operator-level capabilities. It requires at least five years of broadcast or related technical operations experience, leadership experience, fluent English and Spanish, and extensive knowledge of IP, satellite, fiber, and bonded transmission technologies. The position is full-time in Miami, Florida, with travel, overtime, weekend, and flexible scheduling requirements.
