Description
The Technical Records Team Leader oversees the Technical Records team and ensures the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of aircraft maintenance records. The role supervises and coaches team members, coordinates with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and aircraft import/export stakeholders, identifies training and process-improvement opportunities, and maintains compliance with Transport Canada, manufacturer, and company requirements. The position requires a college diploma or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of aviation technical records experience, strong knowledge of aircraft leasing standards, bilingual French and English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative digital tools.
