Transat is hiring an Aircraft Technical Records Team Lead to supervise and develop the technical records team, coordinate department activities, and ensure aircraft maintenance records remain complete and compliant with Transport Canada, manufacturer, leasing-industry, and company requirements. The role collaborates with engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, supply chain, and aircraft import and export teams, supports process improvement and training, and manages technical records for aeronautical products. Candidates need a college diploma or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of aircraft technical records experience, strong knowledge of aircraft leasing standards, bilingual French and English proficiency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative digital tools.
