Description
Allied is hiring a Supervisor, Technical Services to oversee the performance, reliability, and operational standards of a portfolio of urban properties while leading a team of Building Operators. The role reports to the Manager, Technical Services and covers building-system inspections, preventive maintenance, tenant-service coordination, contractor and supplier oversight, budget and capital planning, procurement, safety, emergency response, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least six years of physical-plant operations experience, three years of leadership experience, relevant technical and safety certifications, and strong knowledge of building systems, building codes, and building-automation systems.
