The role manages IT service projects, service requests, infrastructure solutions, SLAs, teams, documentation, and client satisfaction while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and other areas. It requires IT infrastructure project experience, ITIL and Scrum certification, a complete higher-education degree in Information Technology, leadership and communication skills, and experience with technical proposals and project control.
