Description
The Supervisor, Template Optimization Specialist oversees the day-to-day operations, performance, and development of a Template Optimization Specialist team supporting ambulatory departments. The role supervises TOS staff, manages workload and organizational standards, serves as a subject matter expert in provider template optimization, access management, and operational performance, and partners with department, operational, senior, and technical leaders. The supervisor also maintains the ability to perform core TOS functions and supports implementation, training, and sustainment of template optimization practices. The position requires an H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent, at least three years of relevant experience, EHR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a bachelor’s degree and prior leadership experience are preferred. The current salary range is $35.84 to $49.28.
