Description
The Lab Supervisor - JANA MOR (6258) reports to the Test Lab Manager and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Morristown (JATM) CVJ laboratory and Vonore (JATV) hydraulic and EPS steering laboratory. The role leads approximately six engineers and technicians, manages schedules, resources, safety, quality, equipment readiness, laboratory output, training, audits, and laboratory commitments, and requires regular travel between the two locations. A bachelor's degree in a related engineering or business discipline is preferred, and at least five years of experience in automotive testing, laboratory operations, engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical environment is required.
