Rio Tinto is hiring a Supervisor - Train Circuit in Sept-Îles, Quebec to plan, coordinate, and manage train-circuit activities in the Sept-Îles yard. The role supports workforce availability, labour relations, compliance with Canadian rail transportation and regional railway standards, and health, safety, environmental, cost, and quality procedures. It reports to the Senior Supervisor - Rolling Stock Maintenance, follows a seven-on/seven-off rotating schedule, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a relevant vocational or college diploma or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of relevant industrial experience, at least five years of personnel management experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, and a valid Class 5 driver's licence.
