The New Jersey Operations Center Lead manages the day-to-day operations of a shift at the New Jersey operations center, including staffing, escalations, staff training, performance management, reporting, regulatory compliance, and incident documentation. The role is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite position in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with an anticipated application deadline of October 2, 2026, and pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education or work experience, console, router, port server, switch, and printer configuration experience, and possible travel.
