Description
Calderys is hiring a Supervisor Trainee for its Italy branch in Fiorano. The trainee will receive on-the-job training across European sites and customer projects, initially working as an installer before developing supervisory responsibilities in industrial construction and refractory installations. Duties include project planning, risk assessments, material calculations, supplier and subcontractor coordination, purchase orders, freight and staffing coordination, site logistics, customer communication, installation leadership, documentation, timekeeping, deviation reporting, safety compliance, and worksite oversight. The role requires basic technical education, construction or mechanical knowledge, Italian and English proficiency, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills, leadership and organizational abilities, a safety-oriented mindset, willingness to travel, and a mandatory driver's license.
