Description
The Flight Operations Team Lead supervises a six-person team responsible for pilot hotel reservations, badge production, EFB iPad configuration and troubleshooting, fingerprinting, visa applications, onboarding, and customer service. The role also provides coaching, counseling, mentoring, training, and career development to direct reports and supports Flight Operations, Flight Training, and the FTC Campus. It requires an associate degree or two years of relevant experience, at least three years of related experience, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and availability for a flexible seven-day-a-week schedule.
