Description
RSM is hiring a Supervisor – US Payroll to lead payroll specialists and oversee end-to-end United States payroll operations, including regular, off-cycle, and bonus processing; regulatory compliance; tax filings; W-2s; reconciliations; audits; employee data, benefits, and deductions; and process improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, FPC or CPP certification, 5–7 years of payroll experience including at least 2 years supervising, and experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or Workday. The position works a US shift from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time and is associated with RSM’s India careers operation.
