Description
The Supervisor VPC manages the VPC department team and coordinates and monitors logistics operations, including weekly capacity planning, work allocation, scheduling, priorities, staffing, safety and quality instructions, operational problem resolution, efficiency monitoring, reporting, customer status updates, urgent-vehicle follow-up, and employee recruitment. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, leadership experience, fluent Dutch and English, computer and MS Office proficiency, and strong coaching and motivation skills; automotive technology, EV, and HEV2 knowledge is advantageous. The position works Monday through Friday for 38 hours per week during daytime hours, with possible shifts or weekends during peak periods, and includes extralegal benefits.
