Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager supervises and coordinates daily warehouse receiving, storage, and shipping activities; maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control; optimizes space, capacity, and material flow; develops standardized work instructions; ensures equipment and facility maintenance; drives continuous improvement in performance, quality, and safety; and leads teams to meet operational and health and safety standards. The role requires warehouse or logistics operations experience with team leadership, inventory management knowledge, ERP or warehouse management system familiarity, leadership and problem-solving skills, and commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence. French and English are required.
