Description
The Warehouse Supervisor plans, coordinates, and manages warehouse-floor employees, including warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators. The role oversees receiving schedules, equipment maintenance, inventory rotation, production reporting, cGMP and OSHA compliance, safety programs, employee development, performance evaluations, and personnel decisions. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least seven years of supervisory experience, four years in nutritionals, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, and two years in distribution or warehousing. The position is based at 1300 Airport Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey, and is scheduled for the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
